The role of a Bartender:

• Manage all bar and bar area operations from breakfast to dinner, keeping the bar well-stocked with supplies, syrups, and glassware.
• Capture guests’ flavour profiles, offering wine, beer, and cocktail recommendations – serve and create with pride!
• Foster customer loyalty through attentive, personalised service to ensure the warmest experience and uphold high standards – you are our greatest asset!
