Job Highlights:

Location: TOCA Social, Westfield White City, London, W12 7GF

Reports to: Bar & Hospitality Manager

Hours Required: Part Time and Full Time roles. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

The role of a Bartender involves ensuring smooth bar operations and creating memorable guest experiences. You will be trained across departments to support venue operations and career growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and supporting guests to provide excellent experiences
• Creating drinks to TOCA standards and recommending beverages
• Supporting bar staff and taking orders
• Training junior team members
• Verifying guest age with ID when necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
• Following health, safety, and allergy procedures
• Flexibly covering other duties as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Passionate about quality service
• Experience in cocktail crafting
• Must be at least 18 years old
