Job summary

Six by Nico in Leeds is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. The role requires passion for cocktails, spirits and wines, with the ability to thrive in a busy, high-end environment.

You will support training of new staff, maintain product knowledge, and ensure accurate service of all drink orders while upholding the Cycle of Service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year previous experience in Bartending.
• Sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines.
• Enthusiasm for all things bartending.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge.
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new team members.
• Service of all drink and food orders in the bars according to cycle of service standards and timings.
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant.
• Administration of all stocks including invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock.

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Bartender to join the team at Six by Nico.

The role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join us. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Bartender, with sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits and Wines

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge,
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
• Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all Beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant.
• Administration of all stocks including, invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 6 months -1 year previous experience in Bartending
• Enthusiasm for all things Bartending
• Be confident in a busy, high end environment.
