Job summary

Six by Nico is recruiting an Experienced Bartender to join the team at Six by Nico. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines and bring enthusiasm for bartending in a busy, high-end setting. Roles involve training others, and ensuring top service in a dynamic bar and restaurant environment.

Salaries are paid hourly with service charge. The position offers opportunities for progression and travel across UK & Ireland sites.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months -1 year previous experience in Bartending.
• Enthusiasm for all things Bartending.
• Be confident in a busy, high end environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
• Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all Beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant.
• Administration of all stocks including, invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock.

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Bartender to join the team at Six by Nico.

The role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join us. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Bartender, with sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits and Wines

Key responsibilities
