Experience as a Bartender is valued, but not essential, as we pride ourselves on superior training standards. Within our operations team, you'll find people who started with no bar experience but, through personality and guidance, have risen through the ranks.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:

1. The day-to-day running of the bar
2. Providing quality service in a busy setting
3. Creating cocktails and managing menu costings
4. Planning, organising, and generating creative ideas
5. Identifying and resolving problems
6. Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
7. Being a team player
8. Wow-ing guests and going the extra mile
