We are seeking hard-working and vibrant Bartenders to provide excellent customer service, high-quality products, and bring that spark to the Fridays family.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Our Bartenders are responsible for entertaining and engaging all bar guests, serving our cold beers, great wines, and making our delicious cocktails that Fridays is known for. There will also be times you are required to seat and serve food and drinks to our guests.

• Promoting our loyalty program to our customers
• Creating high-quality drinks that you will be proud of
• Delivering high bar etiquette while serving the guest
• Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Upselling and suggesting sales
• Following your steps of service
• Customer-first culture – Drop everything for our guest
• Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks
• Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Checking customers’ identification and confirming it meets the legal drinking age
• Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
• Supporting the team by running food and drinks to guests and clearing plates and drinks
• Staying guest-focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience
• Complying with all food and beverage regulations

What you need:

• Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable, however not essential
• A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach in addition to excellent service standards
• Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team
• Eligibility to work in Australia
