Ready to work at one of the UK’s most vibrant dance music festivals and exciting gigs this Summer? Arc is recruiting experienced bar staff for Lost Minds Festival 2025 & Fontaines D.C. in Newcastle.

This is your chance to be right in the middle of the action—serving drinks, soaking in the energy, and helping thousands of festival-goers.

What’s Involved

• Serving drinks quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Providing top-quality customer service throughout your shift
• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
• Following Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service protocols

This is a day festival, high-energy event—expect long shifts, big crowds, and an unbeatable atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bar experience (essential)
• Confident, friendly, and reliable team players
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Must be 18 or over
