Hoar Cross Hall Ltd is seeking a Bar Team Member for an exciting zero hour contract at Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire. Join our luxury spa resort’s Food & Beverage team, delivering attentive service and high standards behind the bar and restaurant.

You will handle drink preparation, guest interaction, and upsell opportunities while ensuring licensing and hygiene compliance in a busy environment.

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Bar Team Member to join our Food & Beverage team

You’ll have:

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Welcoming guests and take bar orders
• Serving food and drinks in line with company standards
• Reconciling bar takings at the end of each shift
• Changing barrels and clean beer lines when required
• Following licensing laws and company procedures
• Serving drinks in line with the Weights & Measures Act
• Promoting products and upsell professionally where appropriate

What We’re Looking For

Essentials:

• Have previous experience in a similar hospitality role
• Have extensive knowledge of preparing, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Have an understanding of licensing regulations, food hygiene and quality standards
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

Desirables:

• Have experience working in high-volume venues
• Have experience delivering premium bar service
• Have knowledge of wines and coffee
• Have Food Safety training or certification

• Zero-hour contract
• Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work as needed to meet team and business demands.
