Job summary

WSH Restaurants is seeking a skilled Bartender for The Braywood in Berkshire. You will craft innovative cocktails, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable moments for guests.

As part of a team, you will develop the drinks program, maintain bar standards, and uphold licensing and safety rules. The role offers ongoing training, progression opportunities, and a supportive work culture with meal benefits and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Leaving Cert level education or above.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent.
• A real passion for food, beverage and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Mixology mastery: craft cocktails with premium spirits and fresh ingredients.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Collaboration:collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service.
