WSH Restaurants is currently seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Braywood in the UK. You will craft innovative cocktails, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable moments for guests in a vibrant bar environment.

Qualifications

• Leaving Cert level education or above.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated passion for food, beverage and customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Mixology: craft unique cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
• Guest engagement: interact with guests and recommend drinks.
• Beverage program support: help develop drinks menu and promotions.
• Bar operations: keep the bar clean, stocked and compliant with safety rules.
• Upselling: suggest premium drinks and pairings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mixology Mastery:Create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
2. Guest Engagement:Interact with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure they have a great time at the bar.
3. Beverage Program Support:Help develop our drinks menu with new and exciting cocktails and promotions.
4. Bar Operations:Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked while following all safety and licensing rules.
5. Upselling:Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
6. Team Collaboration:collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service.
