Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee day and night operations across multiple bar venues. You will lead a team of bartenders and supervisors, maintain stock, and ensure service standards remain consistently high while driving training and development for the team.
You will also support events, promotions and new menu launches, with a focus on cocktails, whisky expertise and exceptional guest service.
