Costa is seeking a passionate and experienced team leader to join as a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) in Kingston upon Thames. The role involves inspiring and leading a warm, genuine team to deliver excellent customer experiences and community engagement.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring procedures are followed
• Manage staffing according to trading patterns, ensuring optimal coverage
• Train and certify new Baristas, fostering their development
• Oversee daily store operations when needed, in the absence of the Store Manager
• Implement marketing POS and brief teams on new products and seasonal ranges
• Maintain health & safety standards, cleanliness, and stock levels
• Ensure high standards from espresso quality to equipment maintenance and coffee scores
