Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift in our UK stores. You’ll lead the team, train new Baristas and ensure coffee excellence and outstanding service.

You’ll energise and motivate staff, manage shift delivery, and adapt quickly to changing customer demand while upholding Costa’s values and standards.
