Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for the Biggleswade RP store. The role is a permanent contract for 35 hours per week, with shifting patterns and location-specific pay.

You will lead shifts, train Baristas, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence while energising the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications
