Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for 35h per week on a permanent contract with free parking. You’ll lead shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise your team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence.

You should be a reliable role model with strong communication, a true team player, energetic and calm under pressure. Previous team-leader experience is welcome; location dependent pay applies (£13.75–£14.75 per hour).
