Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team across shifts. This full-time role offers flexible weekday and weekend hours and the chance to lead a busy, customer-focused operation.

You will train and motivate Baristas, maintain high standards of service and coffee quality, and help the team deliver memorable moments for every customer.
