Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader (Barista Maestro) to cover 12 hours per week across two shifts. This part-time, permanent role involves leading shifts, training new Baristas and ensuring excellent coffee and service.

You will energise the team, communicate clearly, and maintain high standards under pressure, while supporting Costa's values and store goals.
