Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to fit your schedule. You’ll lead smooth operations and uphold Costa’s coffee excellence.

You’ll train new Baristas, energise your team, and maintain high standards of service. Costa values inclusion and community impact through the Costa Foundation.
