Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift in Tees Valley. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise the team and maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence.

This role offers flexible shifts, location-dependent pay of £13.75–£14.75 per hour, and store perks including discounts, pension matching and share schemes.
