Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Team Leader for 16 hours with fully flexible shifts in the United Kingdom. You’ll lead shifts, train new Baristas and keep service and coffee quality high across the store. The role requires energy, confidence and a proactive approach to support your team and operations.
