Job summary

Costa Coffee in Carlisle is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to each shift, helping the store run smoothly and serve great coffee.

You will lead shifts, train Baristas, and energise your team to maintain excellent service and coffee standards in a fast-paced environment.
