Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for a 35-hour permanent role. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit the store.

Lead smooth, efficient shifts; train and support new Baristas; energise and motivate your team; maintain service and coffee excellence; use resourcefulness to keep everything running well.
