Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a General Assistant to join their hospitality team in the United Kingdom. You will greet customers, prepare and serve coffee and drinks, share menu recommendations, and maintain a clean, welcoming coffee bar.

Training and development are a core part of the role, with emphasis on inclusivity and growth within the company. You will work in a collaborative team, adhering to health, safety and allergen procedures, and participate in other tasks as needed to deliver

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to BaxterStorey standards
• Share menu knowledge and provide recommendations, be aware of allergen procedures
• Keep the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean and organized in line with schedules and COSHH
• Follow health, safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
• Use till systems for payments and orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
• Be part of the team and assist on other tasks as needed
