Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Barista at Sawtry Services, delivering Costa’s finest coffee and exceptional customer service. The role requires handling orders, preparing barista drinks and toasties, and upholding brand standards in a busy rest stop setting.

You will join a team focused on delivering a memorable customer experience, with opportunities for development and a discretionary annual bonus. Flexible shifts and 35 hours per week are on offer.

Qualifications

Shifts: Vary between 7am to 11pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends required, 35hrs per week

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
