Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Exeter is seeking a Barista to join our team at M5 Junction 30. Earn £12.90 per hour on a 21–28 hour contract, with shifts from 7am to 11pm, delivering Costa coffee and friendly service.

Here at moto we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly people looking to get stuck in and join our awesome team, delivering Costa’s finest quality coffee and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

Shifts between 7am - 11pm, 21 - 28 hour contract

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
