Job summary

Moto is hiring a Barista at Peterborough Services (A1/M junction). You’ll craft Costa drinks, prepare toasties, and deliver top-class customer service in a fast-paced rest-stop setting. Shifts vary from early to late and across weekdays and weekends, with weekly pay and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering fast, friendly customer service.
• Ability to operate till and handle cash with accuracy.
• Ability to prepare and serve a range of drinks and toasties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Process orders quickly and accurately.
• Produce a range of barista drinks and toasted items.
• Maintain brand standards and a welcoming store environment.
• Resolve customer questions and issues with a positive mindset.
• Restock and replenish displays for maximum product availability.

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome


• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner


• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day


• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect


• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset


• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability


• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming


• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork


• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for


• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
