Job summary

Moto Hospitality, operating Costa stores at Cherwell Services in Bicester, is hiring a Barista earning £12.90 per hour. Shifts run from early morning to early evening, including weekends, with a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You'll deliver Costa’s high‑quality coffee and customer service, set up equipment, greet customers, process orders promptly, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store. Weekly pay and perks support your work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
