Job summary

Moto Hospitality is looking for a Costa Barista to join our team at Doncaster North Services. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare Costa drinks and toasties while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run 11pm–7am with a mix of weekdays and weekends, three nights per week. A supportive team culture and great development opportunities are available at Moto.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service roles.
• Bright, friendly personality with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Produce a range of toasties and barista drinks throughout the day.
• Deliver brand standards to a level customers expect.
• Resolve enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Replenish displays for maximum product availability.

What You'll Be Doing As a Barista

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
