Moto is hiring a Costa Barista at Doncaster North Services. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and craft a range of drinks and toasties while upholding brand standards.

This night-shift role runs 11pm–7am, 3 nights a week, with weekly pay, discretionary Christmas bonus potential, staff discounts up to 55%, enhanced benefits, and funded qualifications for development. Join a team focused on service, teamwork and a memorable customer experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome

• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day

• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset

• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability

• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming

• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
