Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards. Greet customers, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations as needed. Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service, especially during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including regular cleaning of equipment and café spaces.
