Searcys is opening a new venue in one of London's most historic spaces this year, and we are looking for a passionate Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, you will support the Cafe Manager in daily operations, deliver exceptional service to our guests, and take ownership of the coffee bar independently.

The role is based in the newly refurbished Sainsbury's wing at The National Gallery, in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Giorgio Locatelli.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Operate coffee machines and grinders proficiently
• Set up the coffee bar and manage stock levels
• Process payments accurately
• Manage stock rotation, temperature checks, and allergens
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow health and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service, upselling, and encouraging repeat visits

Requirements:
