Job description

One of the world's largest law firms with their UK HQ in London. Catering for around 700 people daily. We offer a core feeding of breakfast & lunch in the restaurant along with high-end, frequent hospitality. This role is Monday to Friday, and the location benefits from excellent transport links.

We are looking for a talented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in London.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work well in a team to produce the best barista coffee for staff and visitors.
2. Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage is controlled.
3. Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures.
4. Stock and rotate retail items regularly.
5. Set up the location each morning for daily operations.
6. Manage payments and handle cash transactions.
7. Conduct daily stock takes of available products.

You will have the following skills:

1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Strong team player.
3. Barista experience is essential.
4. Personable with a good sense of humor and a fun personality.

Knowledge / competencies:

Demonstrate a good understanding of verbal English, and possess a good standard of written English and reading skills. Experience in customer service or food preparation environments is preferred.
