WatchHouse Barista Position - Belsize Park

WatchHouse is an industry-leading group of specialty coffee houses across London, with a location in New York. Baristas are the heart of WatchHouse. You will work with the latest equipment, serve high-quality single origin beans, and collaborate with knowledgeable coffee professionals. We prioritize excellent customer service, serve exceptional coffee, and operate in beautiful London spaces to realize our vision of the Modern Coffee Experience. We are seeking skilled and experienced baristas to join our team at Belsize Park.

Ideal Candidate: A genuine, confident, and skilled barista ready to introduce customers to the Modern Coffee experience using top-tier equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work as part of your House team to foster a vibrant, exciting, and sociable environment. Support your team with coffee and food offerings reflecting our diverse menu.

2. Deliver exceptional hospitality by creating a warm, positive, and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

3. Be based at a specific site, working hours from 6am to 6pm. Training will be provided. Be an integral part of a high-performing team capable of handling the demands of a busy city centre coffee house.

4. Handle opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.

5. Serve high-quality coffee with skill, speed, and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and excellence.

6. Maintain brand standards during high-volume production by following and adapting recipes to produce the best beverages possible.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.

• Proven hospitality skills, punctuality, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

• A great team player who can collaborate with a talented team of baristas.
