CH&CO in Liverpool is seeking a Barista (Zero Hours) to help keep our cafe operations running smoothly on a casual basis. You will prepare drinks, serve high-quality food, and maintain a clean bar area while representing CH&CO positively.

You'll join a team that values training, development, and excellent service. Previous customer service experience and hands-on brewing equipment knowledge are preferred, with a flexible, reliable approach to shifts.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and team is essential.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and capable of working under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Prepare drinks and serve high-quality food to delight customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked.
• Process payments (cash and cards) accurately.
• Be an enthusiastic team player and communicate effectively.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates.
• Learn brewing methods, blends, and presentation techniques.
• Check equipment operation and report maintenance needs.
• Represent CH&CO with a positive brand image.
• Comply with food handling, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Barista (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Barista (Zero Hours), you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
