CH&CO in Manchester is seeking a driven Barista for a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). You will craft drinks and deliver exceptional service, with opportunities for progression within CH&CO, a company invested in its people and values individuality.

Key responsibilities include preparing beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean bar area, while upholding food safety and brand standards. This role offers development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality items to customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and well organized.
• Receive and process payments (cash and cards).
• Be an enthusiastic team player and good communicator.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates and ensure supplies are ready.
• Learn brewing methods and beverage blends and food presentation techniques.
• Check brewing equipment for proper operation and report maintenance needs.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
