Job summary

CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is hiring a Barista (Zero Hours) to support operations on a casual basis. You will craft beverages, assist with food service, and handle payments while maintaining a clean bar area.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Barista experience is a plus.
• Willingness to handle cash and payments.

Responsibilities

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers.
• Keeping the bar area clean.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards).
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Barista (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.
