CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a dedicated Assistant (Zero Hours) in Cardiff to support bar operations. You’ll prepare drinks, serve high-quality food, and help maintain a clean and welcoming bar area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked.
• Receive and process payments (cash and cards).
• Be an enthusiastic team player and a clear communicator.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates.
• Learn brewing methods, beverage blends, and presentation techniques.
• Check brewing equipment operates properly and report maintenance needs.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Follow Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Keeping the bar area clean
