Job summary

Longacres Garden Centre in the South East of England is looking for a passionate Barista to join our busy café team. You will work with a valued team to fulfil customer orders and ensure our customers are served to a high standard.

Qualifications

• 1 year barista experience required.
• At least 1 year in hospitality required.
• Good verbal and written English communication required.
• Good personal appearance and hygiene.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
• Passion, enthusiasm and creativity.
• Flexible working hours required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with efficiency and care.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve guests hot drinks promptly and with a friendly demeanour.
• Housekeeping of the Restaurant (Cleaning floors, tables, back areas).
• Collaborate with team members for smooth and efficient service.
