BaxterStorey is hiring a Barista at their London location. This permanent, full-time role involves Monday–Friday shifts, 40 hours weekly, with early to mid-evening finish times. You will greet customers, craft espresso drinks, share recommendations, maintain a clean workspace, and follow all food safety guidelines.

Full flexibility required: Full time role, Monday - Friday, 40 hours, 5 days a week with shift starting times ranging between 07:00 AM to 9:00 AM and shift finishing times ranging between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

Job Description

• Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
• Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
• The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
• Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
