Job summary

Public House Group is seeking an energetic Barback to join our London venues. You'll support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, and help ensure smooth service during busy periods.

You'll gain behind-the-bar experience, learn about prep, stock control, and health and safety. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with staff benefits and progression opportunities across our pubs.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and drinks throughout service.
• Support the bartenders during busy periods so service runs smoothly and quickly.
• Collect, wash, and polish glassware, keeping the bar and service areas clean and organised.
• Help with deliveries and move stock from the cellar or storage areas to the bar.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including responsible alcohol service.
