Public House Group is seeking an energetic Barback to join our London venues. You’ll work alongside our bartenders to keep the bar stocked, clean and running smoothly during busy service.

This role offers 50% off food and drink for up to 4 guests, staff meals on shift, ongoing training and clear opportunities for career progression. All service charge goes to staff in eligible positions.

Responsabilités

• Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and drinks throughout service.
• Support the bartenders during busy periods so service runs smoothly and quickly.
• Collect, wash, and polish glassware, keeping the bar and service areas clean and organised.
• Help with deliveries and move stock from the cellar or storage areas to the bar.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including responsible alcohol service.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
