Job summary

Public House Group in London is seeking an energetic Barback to join our venues. You’ll keep the bar stocked, glassware clean, and support bartenders during busy periods to help service run smoothly.

This role offers hands-on experience behind the bar, opportunities to learn, teamwork with venue staff, and a path to develop professionally within a growing UK pub group that values quality service.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and drinks throughout service.
• Support the bartenders during busy periods so service runs smoothly and quickly.
• Collect, wash, and polish glassware, keeping the bar and service areas clean and organised.
• Help with deliveries and move stock from the cellar or storage areas to the bar.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including responsible alcohol service.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
