The programme includes work-based training and remote coaching, with functional skills in English and Maths. Progression opportunities are available after completing the Level 2 apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome to guests and explain service cycle, products and offers.
• Provide personalised recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Engage with regular guests and remember preferences to enhance experience.
• Ensure guests are enjoying their meal and address feedback through surveys.
• Deliver fast, efficient service and handle queries or complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards and assist others as needed.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvements.
• Keep front-of-house, outdoor and toilet areas clean and tidy.
• Complete in-house training and e-learning modules as assigned.
• Adhere to licensing laws and company policies.
