MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is offering a full-time bar and waiting apprentice role within a licensed premises, progressing through a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. No experience is required; training is delivered on the job with a mentor and regular coaching.

You will learn service, guest engagement, and product knowledge while contributing to a high-standard guest experience and business operations. Salary is paid weekly.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; ability to be friendly and helpful to guests.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn on the job.
• Demonstrates ability to work as part of a busy front-of-house team.

Responsabilités

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests and explain service flow.
• Provide personalised recommendations for guests.
• Remember guest preferences and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Ensure guests are enjoying their meal and seek feedback.
• Deliver fast, efficient service and handle queries professionally.
• Maintain front-of-house, outdoor and toilet area cleanliness.
