Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a full‑time bar and waiting apprentice position within our front‑of‑house teams. You will complete a Nationally recognised Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months while contributing to guest service, recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

No prior experience is required; training is delivered on the job with mentoring, and you gain industry credentials along the way including staff discounts and progression opportunities.

Competenze

• No previous experience required.
• Must be 18+ due to licensing requirements.
• Enrolment in Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months.
• Work-based training with mentor and Lifetime Learner Coach; no college attendance.

Mansioni

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests and communicate the service cycle.
• Provide personalised recommendations for guests and manage special offers or events.
• Ensure guests enjoy their experience and respond to feedback via surveys.
• Deliver fast, efficient service and handle guest queries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house, outdoor and toilet areas; support team.
