Qualifications

• On-the-job training through work-based apprenticeship over 15 months.
• Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and explain the service cycle, products, and offers.
• Provide personalised recommendations for each guest.
• Remember guest preferences and engage in conversations.
• Ensure guests are enjoying their meal and act on feedback.
• Deliver fast, professional service and handle queries promptly.
• Communicate openly with the team to maintain outstanding service.
