Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a full-time bar and waiting apprentice role within our front of house team. The program leads to a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, delivering a nationally recognised qualification while you help run busy venues.

You’ll learn on the job with mentoring and practical training, supported by our teams as you gain essential guest service skills and industry knowledge.

Formación

• No prior experience required; you can learn on the job.
• Apprenticeship towards Hospitality Team Member Level 2 over 15 months.
• Earn a nationally recognised qualification while supporting the running of the business.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with warmth and explain the service cycle, products, offers or events.
• Provide personalised recommendations for each guest.
• Remember guest preferences and engage in friendly conversations.
• Check guest satisfaction and discuss the service feedback survey.
• Deliver fast, efficient service and resolve queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Communicate openly with the team to maintain outstanding service and support colleagues.
• Attend team meetings and share insights.
• Keep front of house, outdoor and toilet areas clean and tidy.
• Complete in-house training and e-learning modules.
• Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and company policies.
