Job summary

Pub & Kitchen - Bra_201 is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide the floor and ensure shifts run smoothly. You’ll lead by example, uphold high standards, and ensure our customers leave happy thanks to warm, memorable service.

You’ll deputise for management during busy periods, coordinate the team, and keep the bar safe, legal, clean, and efficient. The role rewards a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and strong spoken English.

• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
