Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a proactive Team Leader to inspire the shift and ensure the team has everything needed to run smoothly. You’ll lead by example, keep standards high and make sure customers are kept happy.

You will deputise for management, help organise the team during busy periods, and keep the bar safe and compliant with allergen controls. A positive attitude and clear English are essential.

Qualifications

• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Assist in organising and coordinating the team during busy shifts to maintain pace and standards.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, handling issues quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
