Shepherd Neame is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support the General Manager and lead the bar team at the Village HQ pub. You’ll set the tone for service, motivate colleagues, and ensure guests leave with a smile through hands-on leadership and example.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.

• Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
